Ahmed Abou Hashima has always been conscious of young entrepreneurs and their dreams. He is continuously seeking ways to nurture them and help them reach maturity, so Abou Hashima has introduced a competition called ‘Startup Power’ to encourage the Egyptian Youth to think out of the box to expand into innovative and creative lines of business.

Ahmed Abou Hashima is a passionate advocate for young entrepreneurs and their aspirations. He understands the challenges they face and is constantly exploring innovative ways to nurture and support their growth. To this end, he introduced the ‘Startup Power’ competition in 2020 to inspire Egyptian youth to think big and unleash their creative potential in the business world.

Abou Hashima firmly believes that every young entrepreneur deserves the chance to chase their dreams and succeed. His unwavering focus on effort and growth is reflected in the passion and dedication he brings to the competition. In partnership with the Social Fund for Development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises, he launched the competition to encourage those with out-of-the-box ideas to fight for their vision.

The competition’s first season was a resounding success, inspiring Abou Hashima to hold a second season in September 2022. The event was met with overwhelming enthusiasm from the youth, with inspiring trainers and influential entrepreneurs leading educational sessions to benefit competitors.

As the third season approaches, Abou Hashima is committed to enhancing the competition further to reach even more aspiring young entrepreneurs.
