organized a Ramadan Iftar at one of the biggest hotels in Cairo. The iftar was attended by the Chairman of the Board and CEO Mr. Ahmed Abou Hashima, COO Eng. Hossam Saleh, Minister of Housing, Dr. Mostafa Madbouli, Minister of Immigration Dr. Nabila Makram, Minister of Communications Dr. Yasser El Qadi, Minister of Social Solidarity Dr. Ghada Waly, Major General Mohamed Amin, Head of the Armed Forces Financial Affairs Authority, Colonel Tamer Rifai, Armed Forces Spokesperson, Advisor Ahmed Abu Zeid , Spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abdul Mohsen Salama, Head of Journalists' Syndicate and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Ahram, Karam Gabr, Chairman of the National Press Supreme Council and Khaled Salah, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Editor of Al Youm7.

During the event, Eng. Hossam Saleh, COO of Egyptian Media, said “Since the group’s launching we are working to be a professional media platform in various ways”.
He pointed out that the group seeks to boost the media quality presented to the Egyptian viewer, explaining that the group is seeking to create a leading media system able to compete with the strongest media entities.
During the event, a documentary was displayed which shed light on the group’s vision to create a better society and its aim to provide a media message through the latest technological means.
Also, the documentary pointed out the great achievements of the group in a short period of time and its success in becoming the largest Egyptian company in the field of media.
The ceremony was attended by a large number of TV and Movie stars, including Mai Ezz El Din, Mohamed Ramadan, Yasser Galal, Sabreen, Wafaa Amer, the great writer Wahid Hamid, writer Medhat El Adl, Gamal El Adl, Ahmed Fahmy, Tarek Allam, Mai Nour El Sherif, Ahmed Falawkas, Dina Fouad, Mai Omar, director Mohammad Samy, Hani Ramzy and Samo Zein.
